Healing for lack of self-love and self-compassion

I have suffered from the lack of self-love and self-compassion for the most of my live. This is what is has done:
- I haven't felt good about myself: I have felt too fat, too big, having too curly hair and ugly body shape 'like all woman in my family'
- I have had difficulty in receiving love and believing that I could be loved
- I developed an internal shell to disconnect myself from my suffering inner child
- I have worked too hard in order to achieve acceptance and praise.
- I have been needing material goods to nourish my empty feelings
BUT this can be stopped. In my case it was a Divine intervention, I was re-connected to my inner wisdom, Higher self and inner child. And that is possible also for you.
